Our buttery Millionaire’s Shortbread, made with a rich handmade caramel topping with a shortbread style base and Belgian Chocolate topping. 

Contains MILK, WHEAT, EGGS, SOYA and may contain traces of NUTS. All of our bakes are not suitable for sufferers of intolerances or allergies due to the layout of our bakery.

Ingredients:

Butter (MILK), Salt (1.5%), Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifer (SOYA Lecitihin) and Natural Vanilla Flavouring, EGG, Wheat Flour [WHEAT GLUTEN Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], cocoa powder, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Mass, Dextrose, Concentrated Butter, Emulsifier (E-322 Sunflower Lecithin), and Natural Vanilla Flavour. Dry Cocoa Solids: 27% Minimum, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Emulsifier (E-322 Sunflower Lecithin) and Natural Vanilla Flavour. Dry Coaoa Solids: 23.5% Minimum.
